Nicola made his debut at Montevideo City Torque in 2022, in Uruguay's first division.

In 2024 he arrives at Liverpool, the Uruguayan champion, where he was crowned champion of the Uruguayan Super Cup by defeating Defensor Sporting 1-0. He also played in Copa Libertadores matches.
Atlético Tucumán
In the middle of the year he joined Atlético Tucumán to play in the first division of Argentina.
